2. Products

All products sold on jiwabali.co are described as accurately as possible. We make every effort to display colors, textures and dimensions correctly however slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the natural properties of linen fabric.

Natural linen may have slight variations in texture, weave and color between pieces — these are characteristics of the natural material and not defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
The payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
You are authorised to make the purchase

We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiwa Bali is not liable for:

Loss of profit or revenue
Delays caused by circumstances outside our control

Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
