Our Commitment

Every Jiwa Bali order is packed with care — wrapped in tissue, tied with natural twine, and sent with love from Malta. We want your unboxing to feel as beautiful as the piece inside.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Malta and to the following EU countries: Poland, Italy, Spain, Greece, Croatia, and Portugal.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods (launch weeks, sale events) processing may take up to 3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

All courier-delivered orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to your email address once dispatched. You can track your order via the carrier's website or reply to your shipping confirmation email for assistance.

Local hand-delivered orders and in-person pickups will be coordinated with you directly ahead of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@jiwabali.co with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve the situation.
